She was predeceased by: her parents, John Meadows and Polly Meadows. She is survived by: her children, Terry Mathias (Linda), Joyce Chapman (Lewis) and Cindy Martin (Todd); and her siblings, Jack Meadows (Pat) and Betty Cottrill. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
