It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Doyle Spann of Cedartown, Georgia, who passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Doyle Spann, Sr. and Gertrude Williamson Spann; his wife Janie Carter Spann; and his brother Harold Spann. He is survived by: his children, Connie Spann Mullen (Jerry), Ronnie Spann (Karen) and Phillip Spann (Patsy); and his grandchildren, Darla Fox (Dan), Jason Spann, Joshua Mullen (Danielle), Stacey Perry (Dustin), Christopher Chandler, Chad Chandler and Amber Spann. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
