He is survived by: his pets, Lucy, Ella, Norah and Big; his wife Stacey Womack Holbrook; his children, Jason Dunn (Derrika), Tempest Hardigree (Joseph) and Tiffani Holbrook; his grandchildren, Lachlan, Annabel, Emory and Briggs; his mother Linda Campbell; and his sisters, Sherrie Holbrook, Karin Stewart and Jennifer Stroup. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
