He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smith; his children, Michelle Ivey (Sheldon), Noel Smith, Jr. (Jean), Norman Smith (Lori), Jessica Willingham (Adam) and Kathy Thompson (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Cody White, Molly Crook (Miles), Jaeme Ivey (Kyle), Kaleb Smith (Jenny), Anna-Lauren Smith, Sam Smith and Logan Waddell; his great grandchild Maverick Crook; and his brother George Smith (Mattie). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins.
