With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mattie Sue Morgan (Cedartown, Georgia), who passed away on May 3, 2023 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mattie Sue Morgan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lonnie Lewis Morgan, Jr.; her sisters, Frances Shiflett Galloway and Bobbie Shiflett Elder; and her grandson Kristopher Rowland. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Easterwood, Lynn Moon (Dennis), Lisa Rowland, Lilburn and Lonnie Lewis Morgan, III of Braselton; and her grandchildren, Jamie Moon, Nicholas Moon, Wil Easterwood, Wes Easterwood and Taylor Morgan. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
Flowers will be accepted but family request donations to be sent to United Way of Bartow County C/O Trinity Hospice.
