We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2024, at the age of 70, Charles Edward Novinger of Cedartown, Georgia, born in Dayton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Dianne Novinger; his children, Julian Brent Novinger (Samantha), Charles Taylor Novinger (Lauren), Dustin Novinger, Tresha Ann Bennett (Troy) and Phebe Wright (Matt); his sister Denise Culp; his grandchildren, Khristen Lanham, Courtney Overstreet, Hayden Overstreet, Caleb Overstreet, J. R. Novinger and Knox Novinger; and his great grandchildren, Easton and Harper Overstreet.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Tunnel of Towers Foundation.
