He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry Troy Caldwell; his wife Christy Ervin Caldwell; and his sister-in-law Gail Smith Caldwell. He is survived by: his mother Merlene Meeks Caldwell of Woodland; his children, Lauren Pendergraft (Caleb) of Carrollton, Brooke Caldwell of Shelby Township, MI and Caleb Caldwell of Dallas, GA; his granddaughter Dakota Pendergraft; and his siblings, Patricia Spradlin (Mike) of Woodland, Timothy Caldwell (Andrea) of Villa Rica and Dewayne Caldwell of Carrollton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
