He is survived by: his wife Sue Ellen Folk; his son Martin; his daughter-in-law Brenda Folk; his grandchildren, Katharine Folk Frost, Kelly Folk Tallent, Richard Thomas Folk, Emily Nicole Folk and Carolyn Rose Folk; his brother Patrick Folk (Feza Ozturk); and his sister-in-law Penelope Ames. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
