He was predeceased by: his father William Loyd Kirby. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Kirby; his stepchildren, Thomas Stanley of Dayton, Ohio and Tina Presley of Lexington; and his siblings, James Kirby (Shirley) of Carrollton and Jean Bennett of Montgomery, Alabama. He is also survived by 4 step grandchildren, and 7 step great grandchildren.
