He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Perry; and his children, Pat Adams, Charles (Lisa Perry), Darrell (Paula Perry), Gloria (Charles Collins) and Danny (Lajuana Perry). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
