She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Barbour and Culver Dorine Barbour (Roberts); her husband L. McPhail; her children, George E. McDowell, Shelia A. Taylor and Sharon Severa; and her brothers, James Roberts and Charles Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie Honey of Carrollton; her grandchildren, Keith Fulcher (Shannon) of Douglasville, Dawn Henry (Chris) of Rockmart, Corey Whitlock (Reanna) of Carrollton, Billy Taylor (Christy) of Delta, Cody Severa, Tyler Severa (Destiny) and Sonia Severa; and her great grandchildren, Grant Henry, Rayon Powell, Kelsi Powell, Kayden Whitlock, Hadlee Whitlock, Alex Severa, Lizzie Severa, Alan Severa and Delia Severa. She is also survived by other great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a number of other relatives.
