It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Henry Holdbrooks of Carrollton, Georgia, born in Bremen, Georgia, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Buck Holdbrooks; and his siblings, Patricia Bullington and Duane Parker. He is survived by: his mother Lois Pollard Holdbrooks; his wife Patricia Holdbrooks; his son Dylan Holdbrooks (Robin Hudson); his stepsons, William Chambers and Steven Chambers; his sisters, Jean Staneck (Bill) and Ann Ray (Carey); his brother-in-law Dwayne Bullington; his brother Scott Richardson; his uncle Chuck Holdbrooks; and his nieces and nephews, CJ Ray (Kayla), Sherie Walker (Cagney), Melissa Williams (Michael), Casey Bullington, Billy Staneck (Michelle) and Aerial Walker (Aaron). He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
