It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Webb of Carrollton, Georgia, born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on November 1, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Owens Harvey; and her brother Jerry Acker. She is survived by: her husband Greg Webb; her daughters, Jamie (Kyle Francis) and Jessica (Patrick Kelly); her sister Cindy Proctor; her nephew Ryan Tucker; her aunt Harriet; her uncle Jimmy Ray; her siblings-in-law, Jill, Wesley Hirsch, Stephanie and Fred Park; her nieces, Shanon Park, Rebekah and Rachel Hirsch; and her granddaughters, Evie and Addie Francis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made St. Jude Children's Hospital or Oak Grove Baptist Church.
