She is survived by: her husband John Mark Butler; her children, Kaitlyn Summey, Blake, Rhonda Butler, Sydney and Drew Applegate; her siblings, Carlton Shea Turner and Kim; her brother-in-law Terry Jones; her grandchildren, Van Butler and Reed Butler; and her mother-in-law Janice Butler. She is also survived by her family and friends.
