We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2022, at the age of 84, Carole Ione McFarland of Carrollton, Georgia, born in Freeport, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Johnson and Katherine Johnson; and her siblings, Katherine Ashley, Charles Johnson and Delbert Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Donald McFarland; her children, Walter Donald McFarland, Jr. and Kathryn McFarland; her brothers, Billy Johnson (Dotty), Harold Johnson (Juanita) and Jerry Johnson (Raye); and her grandsons, Maxwell McFarland, Emanuel Rustin and Jonathan Rustin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and lifelong friends.
The family will host a memorial tribute service at a later date in September 2022 in the Twin Cities.
