He was predeceased by: his parents, Morton Jefferson Fuller and Mary Alice Gladney Fuller; his wife Ruth Lee Bowen Fuller; and his son Joseph Frank Fuller. He is survived by: his children, David (Kim Fuller), Nancy Susan Ross, Jon (Michelle Fuller) and Mosha Fuller; his grandchildren, Christopher Fuller, Nathan Ross, Jessica, Colton Pollard, Lydia and Nathan Blackburn; his brother-in-law Terry Augsburger; and his nieces and nephews, Lee and Sarah Augsburger.
