She is survived by: her husband Lance Kozacek; her son Fred Ginder (Lisa); her granddaughter Ashley Briant (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Harrison, Adaline, Pierson and Abigail; her sister Fran Twelkemeier (Gary); and her grandchildren, Sherri Gandolfi (Tom) and Kurt Kozacek (Linda).
