With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maribeth Edmondson Schleier of Canon, Georgia, who passed away on May 11, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Edmondson and Carroll Edmondson; her daughter Nancy J. Schleier; her granddaughter Maribeth Longmire; and her brother Francis Edmondson.
She is survived by: her husband John G. Schleier, Jr.; and her children, Dr. John G. Schleier III (Kathy) of Dalton, GA, Anne C. Tkacs (Thomas) of Mount Pleasant, SC, Marilyn M. Ramsey (Clay) of Powder Springs, GA, Amy S. Phillips (Frank) of Hartwell, GA, Christopher J. Schleier (Joanne) of Kennesaw, GA and Mark S. Schleier of Canon, GA.. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
