It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laxie Harris of Canon, Georgia, who passed away on November 6, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Dutton and Vilee Lawrence Dutton; her former husband John N. Stowe; her daughter Rita Owens; her grandchild Jaxon; her great grandchild Noah; and her siblings, Sarah Ann Davis, Cathy Hardy, Shirley Dutton, Larnice Dutton and Tommy Dutton.

She is survived by: her husband William Harris; her daughters, Vickie Dickerson (David), Brenda Stowe, Tammy Goodwin (James), Trina Locke (Bobby) and Tiffany Williams (Wesley); her grandchildren, Amber, Jonathan, Dwayne Dickerson, Nona Forrester, Jessica, Jennifer, Paige Blume, Kayla Shelnutt, Adam, Katlyn Locke, Daniel Williams and Ashley Smith; her great grandchildren, Ben, Sara, Alexa, Cloie, Belle, Lauren, Dale, Nathaniel, Nevaeh, Vincent, Damion, Dayton, Randy, McKenzie, Bryson, Rita, Dallas and Baby Locke; her great great grandchild Ruby Jack; her siblings, Wilbur Dutton (Patricia), Grady Dutton (Martha), Kendall Dutton, Tincie Hardy (Dan), Parnie Dickerson (Jimmy) and Sara Francis Driver (Ed); her siblings-in-law, Bob Harris (Violet) and Sue Herring; and her pet Coco.
