He is survived by: his mother Olinda Arroyo of Atlanta; his wife Victoria Ivester Arroyo; his children, Justin Martin Arroyo of Georgia, Aiden Augustus Arroyo, Braylon Eli Arroyo and Sommer Arroyo-Justice (Timothy) of Citrus Heights, CA; his siblings, Manuel Arroyo of West Virginia, Juan Eduardo Arroyo Campion of Peru, Juan Carlos Arroyo of Atlanta, Jorge Luis Arroyo of Atlanta, Anita Maria Arroyo Smith of Atlanta and Alicia Arroyo Campion of Peru; and his grandchildren, Vada Martina Conn and Dason Williams.
