He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor LeRoy and Josie E. Miller Rutledge; his daughter JoEllen Love; his wife Carol A. Rutledge; and his stepsons, Terry McClelland and Thomas McClelland.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pam (Thomas Sellers), Sandy (Steve Capps) and Kimberly Rutledge of Albuquerque; his siblings, Peggy Rennerfeldt of Papillion, Everett Rutledge of Plainview and Mary Holt of Lincoln, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Angela Keller-Love, Stephany Rutledge, Tyler David Capps and Carol E. McClelland; and his great grandchild Daisy Duggar.
