He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Lawhorn and Helen Lawhorn; his brother Ralph Lawhorn; and his sons, Carl, Mike Walker and Troy Taunton.
He is survived by: his wife Katie Lawhorn of Butler; his children, Lisa Taunton of Butler, Brian Lawhorn (Julie) of Butler and Kelly Welch (Kenny) of Butler; his daughter-in-law Dana Taunton of Shiloh; and his siblings, Prissy Harris (Dwight), Bobby Lawhorn (Sue), Sue Lawhorn, Maxine Allen (Richard), Johnny Lawhorn (Betty Jean), Randy Lawhorn (Terry) and Frankie Lawhorn (Renee). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
