With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Gary Reid (Butler, Georgia), born in Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on April 20, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Debbie Thomas Reid of Butler; his sons, Matthew Reid of Augusta, GA and Christopher Reid of Houston, TX; his sisters, Gloria Bazemore (Johnny) of Butler and Glenda Cobb of Butler; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Landis of Pittsburgh, PA and George Thomas of Manchester, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church, 4 S Poplar Street, Butler, GA 31006 or Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon GA 31210.
