She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Johnson and Darlene Johnson of Roselle, Illinois.. She is survived by: her husband Robert Cook; her grandchildren, Stetson, Emerson (Emmy) and Anderson (Andi); and her sisters, Kimberly Stecker (James) of Elgin, Illinois, Christine Grendzinski (John) of Batavia, Illinois, Cynthia Lanas (Jeff) of Grayslake, Illinois and Lisa Szlenk (John) of Hampshire, Illinois.. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews and 6 great nieces and nephews.
