She is survived by: her husband Walter Couch; her daughter Angela Couch; her grandchildren, Cameron Nguyen and Karissa Nguyen; and her siblings, Charles Padgett, Dennis Padgett and Mary Virginia Padgett. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
