She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashley Woods and Aline Tippins Woods; her husband James Y. Brown; her siblings, Ashley Woods Jr. and Jerry Woods Meyers; and her nephew Casey Meyers.
She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy (Nancy), Chris (Kelly) and Kevin (Kristen); her grandchildren, Jay (Lauren), Jeffrey (Ashley), Woody (Jamie), Addie (Tyler), Morgan (Mitch) of Chelsea, KC, Alex, Connor, Bailey and Reilly; and her great grandchildren, Jace, Olivia, Camden, Shepherd, Drake, Tate, Sloane, Aubree, Reagan and Caroline.
In lieu of the flowers the family kindly requests that donations be made to Hospice of the Golden Isles or First United Methodist Church.
