It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reason Gilliard of Broxton, Georgia, who passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father D. E. Gilliard; his daughters, Tammy Lynn Gilliard and Sherri Renee Taylor; and his grandson Jason Ray Benefield. He is survived by: his wife Rae Gilliard of Broxton, GA; and his children, Angela Anderson (Butch) of McCormick, S. C., Ramona Thurman (Tony) of Douglas, GA, Terri Cater of Broxton, GA, R. D. Gilliard Jr. (Susan) of Broxton, GA and Shaun Gilliard (Natasha) of Broxton, GA. He is also survived by Eleven Grandchildren, several Great Grandchildren, Two Great Great Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews.
