He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jackson Bookout and Frances Jewell Courson Bookout; and his brother Fredrick Lee Bookout. He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Selph Bookout of Broxton, GA; his son Albert Clayton Bookout Jr.; and his sisters, Frances Spikes (Lonnie) of Pearson, GA and Laquita Teston (Elton) of West Green, GA. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
