He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sullivan and Mary Ann Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, McKenzie Sullivan of Cumming, GA and Patrick Sullivan of Cumming, GA; his brother Robert Sullivan (Melissa); his nephew Jason Sullivan; his niece Brianna Maxwell; and his close friend Donna Ormsby.
