Hayes (Fran), Beth Hayes Upchurch, Suzanne Hayes Mangum and Michael Hayes; and his siblings, James Lee Weaver and Sara Elizabeth Price. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of other relatives.
