She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Phillips and Lillie Banks Phillips; her husband Marion L. Hulsey; and her siblings, Edward "Bo" Phillips and Edna Maddox.
She is survived by: her daughters, Hilda Love of Pendergrass, Nancy Cronic of Jefferson and Phyllis; her son-in-law Keith Edwards of Athens; her sons, Ronnie (Wanda Richardson) and Ralph (Becky Richardson, Jr.); her grandchildren, Tammy Gulledge (Mike), Scott Vaughn, Steve Hulsey (Angela), Suzanne Dodd, Crissie Boyd Julie Smith (Robby), Richie Richardson (Crystal), Clark Richardson, Emily Dantzler (Jeff) and Jenny Edwards (Spencer); her great grandchildren, Chris, Chad, Paige, Haley, Whitney, Brianna, Madelyn, Chelsea, Lauren, Connor, Alyssa, Jackson, Emma Kate, Coleman, Hailey and Lily; her great great grandchildren, Kaiden, Deanna, Blaine, Brayden, Karson, Grant and Nolan; and her sister Lois Cruce of Hoschton.
