He is survived by: his parents, Robert Jackson Collins and Daphne Faircloth Collins; his children, Jean Malyce Collins of Tallahassee, FL and Thomas Jackson Collins of Boston, GA; and his brother Robert Collins (Patty) of Ellijay, GA.
