He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Dillard and Onie Dillard (Burns); and his siblings, Earnest, Marvin, Bobby Dillard, Hazel Pittman, Geneva Byers, Ruth Guffney and Beatrice Dillard.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Dillard (Henry); his sons, James "Rick" Dillard (Gail) and Ronnie L. Dillard (Linda) of Blue Ridge, GA; his sister Doris Perkins (Dillard) of Alabama; his grandchildren, Michelle Duren (Alan) of Jasper, GA, Eric Dillard (Emily) of Canton, GA, Brandon Dillard (Brittany) of Blue Ridge, GA and Hunter Dillard of Blue Ridge, GA; and his stepgrandchildren, Kayla Fortenberry (Jeryl) of Blue Ridge, GA and Daniel Brown of Blue Ridge, GA. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
