She is survived by: her children, Lewis Van Tassell (Maryellen) of Blue Ridge, Cindy Durant (Glen) and Laurel Colwell (Dan) of Ellijay; her grandchildren, Serena Egloff (Jared), Tisa Yuknevich (Peter), Travis Van Tassell (Alicia), Sarah Van Tassell, Tonya Czesnowski (Adam), Justin Durant (Rachelle), Evan Van Tassell (Teresa), Jake Colwell and Colby Colwell; and her great grandchildren, Payne Yuknevich, Reece Van Tassell and Erin Van Tassell.
