He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gooch and Ethel Gooch. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gooch; his children, Kristi Anderson (John) and Joel Gooch (Casey); his grandchildren, Kendall Conley, Karter Conley, Nolan Gooch, Liza Gooch and Will Gooch; and his siblings, Larry Madison (Jeannie) and Lita Gowder (David).

Flowers are accepted, or donations may be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Cemetery Fund or New Union Cemetery Fund.
