It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James W. Rowell (Baxley, Georgia), who passed away on April 12, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan Yawn Rowell of Baxley; his sons, Gary Rowell of Hazlehurst and Tracy Rowell of Hazlehurst; his sister Sarah Jackson of Hazlehurst; and his grandchildren, Blakelyn Rowell, Karleigh Rowell, Jake Rowell and Aspen Stallings. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
