He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Green; and his son Daniel Green. He is survived by: his mother Helen Green; his children, Heidi Green and Dustin Green (Norma); his grandchildren, Angelica, Zion, Isabella and Gianna; his sister Linda Yeager (Tim); and his nieces and nephews, Savanna and Shea.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
