She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Earl Welch (Angela); her stepchildren, James Hughly Mays and Susan Mays Bowman; her grandchildren, Lauren Birch (Andrew), Hannah Welch, Heidi Gunby (Dennis), Ali Mays, Hughlon Mays and Cody Bowman (Christopher Mansell); her brother Johnny Neal (Judy); her nephew Bryant Neal (Cheryl); her great-niece Kylie Bonham; and her great-nephew Dylan Bonham.
