He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Payne and Ruby Payne; his sister Cathy Gosnell; and his grandchild Brycen Craft. He is survived by: his son Richard; his daughter-in-law Bridget Craft of Hull, GA; his daughters, Rachel (Joe Wood), Marie (Walt Sconyers) and Angie (Jamie Knight); and his sister Wanda Morgan of Nicholson, GA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and two nieces.
