It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas David Fletcher Jr. of Athens, Georgia, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas David Fletcher, Sr. and Peggy O'Neal Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Hilda Hubbard Fletcher; his children, Thomas David Fletcher, III (Kellie), Andrew Lane Fletcher, Lee Ann Fletcher and Alice Elizabeth Fletcher (Scott Jordan); his grandchildren, Brittany Ann Fletcher (Seth McCannon), Thomas David Fletcher, IV, Lane Andrew Fletcher (Ayana), William Tyler Fletcher, Laura Fletcher, Eva Fletcher, Alex Kinney Gunn (Carter) and Conner Kinney; and his great grandchildren, Walker, Britton and Henrietta.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Brazil Mission Trip Fund at Tuckston United Methodist Church.
