He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kormanik and Nellie Chudik Kormanik; his wife Beverly Jean Duppstadt Kormanik; his son Paul Dayton Kormanik; and his grandson Daniel Miles.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nicholas, Joseph, John, George Kormanik, Ann Kormanik Marshall, Frances Kormanik, Mary Kormanik Malinick and Dorothy Kormanik Cox; his children, Taryn Leigh Kormanik and Christopher Riordan Kormanik (Mary); his grandson Jason Miles; his great grandchild Nathan Miles; and his grandchildren, Konrad Bowlus-Jasinski and Zosia Bowlus-Jasinski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
