She is survived by: her husband Dexter Billups; her children, Jacqueline Kelley, Tammy Muckle, Jeffrey Kelley, Matthew Kelley, Jr., Coretta Kelley, Rosetta Kelley and Pamela Smith; and her siblings, Edward Thomas, Lillie Bell, TeCora James, Matthew Freeman, James Wilkins, Angeline Wilkins and James Jackson. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; niece.
