We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2023, at the age of 84, Armand Legriel Chapeau (Athens, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pauline Chapeau and Armand Chapeau; his wife Betty Crawford Chapeau; his children, Michelle Chapeau, Michael Chapeau (Kathryn) and Charles Chapeau (Angela); his grandchildren, Walter Chapeau (Grace), Savannah, Toby Chapeau, David Chapeau, Lauren Chapeau, Zachary Chapeau, Betsy Chapeau and Charlie Chapeau; and his sister Carolyn Selby.
