She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Phagan and Dorothy Dobb Phagan. She is survived by: her husband Philip Tilley; her son Derrick Tilley (Cassie); her grandchildren, Tana Hulsey (Patrick), Lauren Tilley and Maddie Tilley; her great grandchildren, Dawson and Evie Huley; and her friend Linda Stegall.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to Foundation Christian School, PO Box 731, Rockmart, GA 30153 in memory of Mrs. Tilley.
