He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Smith Milligan; his daughter Anna Brock of Tuscaloosa, AL; his son-in-law Tim Brock of Tuscaloosa, AL; his son Samuel "Greg" Locklear of Cedartown; his sister Martha Shaw of Cedartown; his brother-in-law Charles Shaw of Cedartown; and his grandchildren, Alison Rebekah Brock, William "Ty" Brock, Jenna Renee Locklear and Samantha Grace Locklear.
