He is survived by: his wife Sue Dunn Waters of Aragon, GA; his children, Steve Waters (Jan) of Aragon, GA, Ricky Waters of Aragon, GA, Judy Fennell of Aragon, GA and Cathy Graham (David) of Aragon, GA; his brother Eugene Waters of Aragon, GA.; and his granddaughter Miss Abby Fennell. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren.
