He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Miller and Ruth York Miller Wilson; his brothers, Michael Miller and Randy Miller; and his brother-in-law Fred Young.
He is survived by: his wife Marthell "Marti" Smith Miller; his children, Kimberly Flournoy, Kevin Miller (Emily) and Lucas E. Miller; his grandchildren, Gracie Flournoy, Braylin Flournoy, Katie Flournoy Neil, Kayla Miller, Kenley Miller, Jaxon Miller, Jordan Miller, Anna Miller and Abbie Miller; his sister Sandra Young; and his sister-in-law June Miller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to either St. Mary's Catholic Church or the "Jamie Hughes Scholarship Fund" at St. Mary's Catholic School.
