He is survived by: his wife Betty Gribble Baines; his children, Donnis Baines (Stacie), Linda Waters and Dianne Garrison (Chuck); his grandchildren, Shayne Garrison (Melissa), Don Baines (Brittany), Brenna Miller (Steven), Terri Lynn Waters and Shyla Baines; his great grandchildren, Lucy Garrison, Lucas Garrison, Ella Shae Miller, Max Miller, Britton Grace Baines and Weston Baines; his great great grandchildren, Marjorie Garrison and Evelyn Forsyth; and his sister-in-law Edith Baines. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Social distancing guidelines will be followed and the family has requested that facial coverings be worn..
