He is survived by: his mother Lena Mae Cole; his wife Teresa; his children, Mark Waits, Shaye Waits and Ethan Waits; his stepdaughters, Jessica Mathis and Kayla Fennell; and his sister Lynn Gore. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and his nieces and nephews.
