He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Lynette Faulk of Broken Arrow, OK and Valerie Nicole Smith of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Rain Matthews, Kaelyn Stacey and Beau Stacey; his brothers, Norman Faulk Jr. (Bill Hawes) of Ocilla, David Faulk (Brenda) of Baxley, Howard Faulk of Baxley and Steve Faulk of Baxley; and his nieces and nephews, Jonathan Faulk, Chris Faulk, Michael Faulk, Matthew Faulk, Richard Faulk (Ashley), Lynn Cee Faulk, Tracy Faulk and Crystal Henning.
